Austin and univac, the spaced-out duo of introverted half-wits, are again hurtling haplessly though zer0-g space, narrowly escaping the severely damaged Space Loft and its explosive “Semi-Sesqipedelian Battle of The Banging Bands” in univac’s SquircUbe pod. They attempt to assess the damage to the pod while tuning the hastily repaired OmniWave antenna to restore contact with The Cantankerous Ground Crew back home.

Austin and univac figure out the name of their new band (Zer0-G Mice) and, as they were the winners of The Semi-Sesquipedalian Battle of The Banging Bands by default (of surviving) they’re invited to go on an intergalactic tour of 24+ planets and planetoids.

Even though most of their gear was destroyed in the Battle of The Bands explosion, univac was able to locate some of Austin’s undamaged gear sequestered in a safe hyperspansive storage unit, and univac “played” the various control surfaces of the SquircUbe Pod.

Zer0-G Mice were able to do some experimental rehearsals, making some weird spacey noises in zero-g, singing along with some floating mice and improvisational gravity control circuitry.
